Nando's UK & IRE in Exeter is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work with the Patrão and lead the restaurant team. You’ll help translate business strategy into results, ensure safe, compliant operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll motivate your team, manage performance, and develop people while driving sales and profitability. A three-month training plan and wellbeing support are provided, plus a contributory pension for UK-based staff and other great perks.

Qualifications
