Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and running successful shifts.
• Strong operational and commercial performance in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecasting and labour.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team and drive strategy with Patrão to deliver great results.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining compliance and safety standards.
• Inspire and develop the team to be their best on every shift.
• Own the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
• Use data and performance trends to grow profitability and restaurant performance.
