Sticks’n’Sushi UK Limited on Kings Road, Chelsea, is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to elevate hospitality during every guest interaction. You’ll support the General Manager, lead a motivated team, and ensure service standards are consistently outstanding, even on busy nights.

You’ll bring a track record of excellence in premium full-service restaurants, coach and develop staff, manage costs, and help grow a strong guest community while upholding our Danish‑Japanese hospitality

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hospitality excellence in a premium full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people-management skills.
• Ability to manage costs while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to lead a shift and ensure elevated hospitality for guests.
• Motivate, coach and develop the Fish (team) to maintain top performance.
• Support GM in building a welcoming guest community and uphold brand standards.
