Job summary

Nando's in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy restaurant team and deliver the signature PERi-PERi experience. You will manage shifts, ensure excellent guest service, and drive development of team members to become future managers.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for people and food, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding brand values on every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent PERi-PERi experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a restaurant team to deliver great PERi-PERi service.
• Ensure the customer journey is carried out on shift across all channels.
• Drive development of team and identify future managers.
• Live and breathe the Nando's brand and values on every shift.
