Job summary

Nando's Belfast is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and inspire a high-performing team on site. You will manage shifts, uphold brand standards, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will foster a culture of energy, learning, and accountability, while driving guest satisfaction, delivering results, and supporting the restaurant's growth and success in a dynamic hospitality setting.
