As part of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in one of London’s most iconic hospitality venues, surrounded by passionate professionals and a diverse range of guests.

As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth daily running of the restaurant, maintaining high service standards and a cohesive, driven team. You’ll be instrumental in mentoring staff, driving operational consistency, and delivering on both financial and experiential goals. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real opportunity for growth within a dynamic, progressive hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
