Fatto A Mano is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the floor, support busy services, and work closely with the General Manager to keep the pizzeria moving. The role demands a hands-on leader who stays calm under pressure and maintains high standards while driving sales.

You’ll train and motivate the team, create a positive culture, and ensure exceptional customer experiences during busy services in London. Growth and development within the expanding business are offered.

• Supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of the pizzeria.

• Keeping an eye on the details, from the door and floor to the bar and pizzeria.
• Stepping into any role when the team needs your support.
