Job summary

Fatto a Mano Pizza is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to lead from the floor, support the team through busy services and work closely with the General Manager to keep the pizzeria moving.

You'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation while growing a positive workplace culture. Competitive hourly pay and genuine opportunities to advance are offered.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with day-to-day running of the pizzeria.

• Monitor cleanliness and presentation across the venue.
• Step in to cover roles when needed.

You'll lead from the floor, support your team through busy services and work closely with the General Manager to keep the whole pizzeria moving.. We're looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager who is dedicated, positive and full of energy. Someone who enjoys the chaos of a busy service, stays calm under pressure and always has a 'third eye' on what is happening around the pizzeria.. .

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of the pizzeria.
• Leading energetic, organised and memorable services.
• Training, developing and motivating the team.
• Creating a positive culture where people enjoy coming to work.
• Driving sales while delivering an excellent experience for every customer.
• Keeping an eye on the details, from the door and floor to the bar and pizzeria.
• Stepping into any role when the team needs your support.
• Maintaining high standards across service, cleanliness and presentation.
• Helping manage rotas, stock, labour and other operational responsibilities.
