As Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational leadership of our Haematology Service, one of the most specialised and dynamic areas within the Cancer Services Division. Working across a diverse portfolio of services spanning both malignant and non-malignant haematology, including stem cell and bone marrow transplantation, coagulation disorders and red cell disorders, you will help shape the delivery of outstanding patient care for some of the most complex and vulnerable patient groups in the NHS. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated leader to develop their operational management career within a highly respected multidisciplinary team at the forefront of haematology care. The role combines operational oversight with strategic planning, workforce leadership and the delivery of transformational service improvement initiatives. You will work closely with senior clinicians, nurses, allied health professionals and corporate colleagues to drive service performance, improve patient experience and support the development of innovative models of care.
