Organic Recruitment Ltd is working with a well-known European restaurant group to appoint an Assistant General Manager for one of their Central London restaurants. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive service excellence.

We are working with a well-known European restaurant group to appoint an Assistant General Manager for one of their Central London restaurants.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced AGM to join a recognised group with a strong reputation for food, service and people development.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing the FOH team
• Supporting the GM with the overall operation
• Delivering consistently high standards of service
• Supporting training and team development
• Monitoring key commercial and operational targets
• Taking responsibility for the restaurant in the GM's absence
