Nando's in Colchester is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help translate the restaurant's business strategy into daily success. You will work with the General Manager to lead the team, manage performance, and ensure first-class guest service while safeguarding financials and compliance.

This role emphasizes coaching, team development, and driving results in a fast-paced dining environment, with opportunities for growth as you help shape a thriving Nando's restaurant culture.

Salary up to: 36,000.00
