Napoli on the Road is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join the NotR Soho team in London. You will work with the GM and Head Chef to ensure consistency, standards and guest satisfaction, mentoring the team to deliver excellence daily.

Candidates should have 1–2 years in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, a passion for hospitality, and the right to work in the UK. This is a full-time role with a 45-hour workweek and a salary of £44,000–£46,000 per year.
