Job summary

Nando's in Stirling, United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the restaurant team, drive performance and maintain our high standards of customer service. You will oversee shifts, mentor Nandocas, and ensure efficient operations across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team and guide Nandocas to deliver great results and an outstanding customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
• Motivate and energize the team on every shift to provide an Extra Hot customer experience.
• Use performance data and trends to drive sales, profitability and smooth operations.
• Identify, hire and develop talent to build a strong, capable crew.
• Balance budgets, plan forecasting, and manage labour effectively.
