Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our restaurant team, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction on every shift.

You will role-model our values, develop your people, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional PERi-PERi experiences to guests both in-restaurant and for takeaway.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a busy hospitality environment.
• Strong people-focused approach with team motivation.
• Passion for delivering great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate restaurant teams to deliver on-brand service every shift.
• Develop and coach managers and shift leaders for future roles.
• Ensure the guest journey is seamless across all touchpoints in the restaurant.
