Job summary

Nando's is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations and champion the guest experience. You will guide shift teams, uphold brand standards, and drive engagement across all channels to deliver exceptional PERi-PERi service.

With a focus on people development and relentless energy, you will shape a high-performing leadership team and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is essential.
• Able to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Customer obsession with delivering PERi-PERi quality.

Responsibilities

Salary up to: £36,000.00
