Job summary

Nando's Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant teams, ensuring outstanding PERi-PERi guest experiences and smooth operations across all channels. You will drive team engagement, service standards and financial performance in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will mentor staff, embody our brand values, and develop talent for future leadership roles while delivering memorable experiences for guests and sustaining a fun, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervisory roles
• Ability to motivate and develop a team
• Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering great PERi-PERi experiences
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant environment
