Job summary

Taco Bell- Nottingham Victoria is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead and develop the team while delivering the Live Mas experience. You will coach Shift Managers and Team Members, ensure quality and safety, and promote brand standards across every shift.

The role is full-time and permanent, offering a 45-hour week, a £32,500 annual salary, 28 days holiday, comprehensive training, staff discounts, and a clear progression path to Restaurant General Manager.

What You'll Do

• Build people capability - Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members, creating a culture that embodies Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour
• Drive memorable experiences - Partner with the RGM to ensure every customer interaction reflects our QXR commitment
• Own operational excellence - Support the management of daily operations, food quality, safety, and compliance
• Grow the business - Help drive sales growth and profit through strong team performance and operational focus
• Lead by example - Demonstrate Live Mas values every shift and help your team do the same
