Job summary

Taco Bell - Nottingham Victoria is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy team in Nottingham. The role focuses on coaching, operational excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences within a 45-hour per week, full-time framework.

You will partner with the RGM to drive sales, ensure food quality and safety, and develop staff through structured training into a Restaurant General Manager path.

• Build people capability - Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members, creating a culture that embodies Mas Heart, Mas Value, and Mas Flavour
• Drive memorable experiences - Partner with the RGM to ensure every customer interaction reflects our QXR commitment
• Own operational excellence - Support the management of daily operations, food quality, safety, and compliance
• Grow the business - Help drive sales growth and profit through strong team performance and operational focus
• Lead by example - Demonstrate Live Mas values every shift and help your team do the same

What We're Looking For
