Job summary

Bill's Restaurants in Guildford is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead on busy shifts and step up when the General Manager is off. You will use your experience to take the lead and ensure excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage a busy service.

• Own your shift – if the General Manager is off you can feel empowered to take the lead.
• Understand what makes a service tick and take steps to constantly improve how the team delivers.
• Support the site management team to deliver goals and drive the site forward.
