Job summary

Bill's Restaurants in Exeter is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences and support a hardworking team.

You will take on shifts, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment across the week, while learning from the Senior Team. This role offers exposure to all hospitality areas, training opportunities, and a path to senior management within Bill's.
