Job summary

Bill is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, empower the team in the absence of the General Manager, and ensure smooth service while driving continuous improvements. You will understand what makes a service tick and implement steps to enhance how the team delivers for guests.

In this role you will support the management team to achieve site goals, deliver performance targets, and contribute to Bill's continued success and guest happiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
