atis is seeking exceptional Assistant General Managers to join us in London and help deliver our vibrant, healthy food experience.

The role is permanent, full-time (40 hours per week) with a generous bonus up to £7,000 annually and a strong focus on team leadership, quality service, and growth opportunities.

• Minimum 1 year’s AGM experience with a team of 15+ in a fast-paced setting.

Job description

Pay Rate: £37,000 per year + bonus of up to £7,000 annually

Job Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week for an amazing work-life balance)

Location: London

Schedule: Generally 2 evenings + 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week

You’ll thrive here if you have / are:

• Minimum 1 year’s experience as an AGM managing a team of 15+, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
