Job summary

Bleecker is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Soho site to lead and train a passionate hospitality team. The AGM will partner with the General Manager to drive sales, uphold food quality, and ensure operational standards across the site.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a love for great burgers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor staff, manage scheduling and recruitment, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant General Manager in hospitality.
• Leads and nurtures your team through coaching and training.
• Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Loves food & drinks and has a passion for great service.
• Enjoys a fast-paced kitchen environment and hands-on leadership.
• Keen to work in a kitchen setting and lead by example.
• Comfortable with scheduling, recruitment and team development.
• Deals well with pressure and complex service periods.

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join the Sohoteam!

The role:

The Assistant General Manager is the General Manager’s right hand. They lead, inspire and train. The AGM plays an essential part in running the site’s operations. They support driving sales and food consistency, ensure compliance with company standards and assist with training, recruitment and scheduling.
