Job summary

Bleecker - Victoria is seeking a Supervisor to join the Victoriateam. Supervisors are key to running Bleecker sites smoothly; they lead the team, run great shifts and act as an expert in Bleecker's food quality and service.

The role is in a fast-paced hospitality setting in London. You will train and nurture your team, lead by example, and thrive on delivering outstanding burgers and drinks.

Qualifications

• Experienced in hospitality at Supervisor or Shift Leader/Manager level.
• Look after, train and nurture your team.
• Lead by example and aren't afraid to get stuck in.
• Love working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multi-task and think on your feet.
• Passionate about great food and drinks.
• Keen to work in a kitchen setting.
• Deal well under pressure.
