Bleecker in central London is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our busy sites. You will empower your team, drive sales, and uphold food consistency while creating weekly schedules and onboarding new hires.

You will safeguard staff welfare, manage stock, and ensure compliance with our standards. We value hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy good food and drinks, and are passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.

We are looking for a General Manager to join one of our central London locations!

The role

General Managers are Bleecker leaders. They empower their teams, support their development and help them succeed. Day to day, they run site operations, drive sales and food consistency, create weekly schedules, onboard and train new hires, safeguard the team's welfare, manage stock and ensure compliance with company standards.
