Nando's Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work with the Patrão and lead Nandocas, driving great results while maintaining exceptional compliance and safety standards. You’ll inspire the team to deliver a top‑notch PERi‑PERi experience every shift.

You’ll use data to drive sales, manage budgets and labour, and develop talent across shifts in a fast‑paced restaurant. If you love people, service and growth, apply today.

Formación

• Hospitality management experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service focus.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

• Balance budgets, forecasting and labour to optimise the operation.
