Job summary

Nando's Limited in Basildon is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our restaurant leadership team. You’ll work alongside the Patrão to drive business results, maintain compliance and safety standards, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding PERi-PERi service every day.

You’ll need experience leading shifts, driving profitability, and a passion for people development within a fast-paced environment. This role offers competitive bonus potential and progression opportunities.
