Role Overview:

The role involves providing practical, business-focused legal advice globally.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide legal support on various legal and regulatory matters for a global organization.
• Advise on technology, data privacy, data protection, AI, and related issues; support daily commercial and regulatory legal matters.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions and network policies.
• Support Technology and Risk Management teams with legal expertise.
• Develop and implement governance policies, procedures, and playbooks.
• Review and advise on new services, solutions, and related legal/regulatory issues.
• Manage external legal counsel efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Balance practical advice with risk management and compliance obligations.
• Deliver presentations and write articles on legal topics.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

About You:

• UK qualified lawyer with significant experience, preferably with a major law firm or relevant in-house experience.
• Expert legal skills, capable of leading complex legal/regulatory issues.
