Job description

We are working exclusively with a global Real Estate Investment Management firm who are looking to recruit an Associate level Fund Manager to join either their London or Amsterdam office.

This role will work directly with the Senior Fund Manager (based in Amsterdam), focusing on driving their European living strategy, developing and expanding the new funds by working closely with local investment, asset and finance team(s) (mainly BTR, PRS and PBSA).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing living teams across Europe, where you will have a variety of responsibilities across fund & portfolio management, investor reporting, investor relations, acquisitions & disposals, implementing ESG initiatives, tax and debt.

  • Degree/master’s in Real Estate, Investment or Economics.
  • Proven pan-European portfolio/fund management experience.
  • Experience working within the living/residential market.
  • Excellent Excel / financial modelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
  • Ability to travel across Europe and adapt quickly to deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.

Office based in London or Amsterdam (depending on individual preference), plus monthly travel across Europe.

Salary is £75,000 - £85,000 (€75,000 - €85,000), plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
