Location: art'otel London Battersea Power Station, United Kingdom

Salary: up to 42,000.00 per annum (based on experience)

We are recruiting for our first art’otel in London! A premium lifestyle hotel situated in the heart of the new, iconic Battersea Power Station development. Perched on the Electric Boulevard, the 164 keys art’otel London Battersea power station sits in the heart of this newly energised neighbourhood, offering restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, amidst the eye-catching architecture that surrounds the historical Battersea Power Station.

As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you will receive:

  • Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days holiday per year (pro rata) – this increases with service!
  • Salary: up to 42,000 per annum (based on experience) plus great benefits

As Assistant Front Office Manager you will:

  • Have a pleasant and welcoming manner, ready to create an environment embodying lifestyle memorable guest experiences.
  • Be a leader prepared to guide their team to excellence.
  • You will liaise with relevant Front of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial goals and responsible business targets are met.
  • You will be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team.
  • Be familiar with all operational standards and be available to cover roles during busy periods.
  • You inspire others: you lead by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for outstanding customer service.
  • Manage and develop the team through planning and execution of payroll and rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals and performance management.
  • Ensure the department is well organised, tidy, and well-maintained, reporting any hazards, accidents, and/or maintenance issues.
