At NLP Sports, we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us as Assistant Football Coaches.

Based in the vibrant world of sports teams and clubs, our mission is to nurture young talents and promote sports participation among children and young people. As an assistant football coach, you'll be mentored by experienced coaches dedicated to fostering growth, learning, and inclusivity.

Tasks

• Assist lead coaches in planning and executing training sessions for youth football teams, ensuring activities align with NLP Sports' mission and values.
• Support during matches and tournaments, including setting up equipment, organizing team logistics, and guiding players as needed.
• Participate in coach development programs and workshops to enhance coaching skills and stay updated on best practices in youth sports coaching.
• Promote a positive and inclusive team environment by encouraging teamwork, respect, and communication among players, parents, and staff.
• Conduct feedback sessions with players to help them improve their skills and understanding of the game, fostering personal growth.
