Calling for an Assistant Financial Controller to join our leading client for an exciting career opportunity.

Location: Wembley area

The selected Assistant Financial Controller will report to the Finance Controller and support individual Directors with financial and commercial information to assist the decision making process. As the SAP CO key user you will deal with ad hoc SAP requirements. You will be participating in the monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting which consist of both internal and external based reporting requirements.

As an Assistant Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Revenue vs Cost matching analysis
• Running the SAP CO/FI month-end process and ensuring that all reporting deadlines are met
• Supporting the financial forecast & budget process for MS
• Tagetik reporting and ad hoc reporting
• Revenue Recognition
• Cost and allocations analysis
• SAP FI/CO Key user
• Production costs analyses
• Environmental Health and Safety

Skills and knowledge:

• 5 years professional experience
• Partly qualified CIMA or ACCA
• Financial Accounting skills
• Analytical skills
• SAP knowledge
• SAP FI
• SAP CO/MM/PP/SD ( not a requirement, but a “nice to have)
• Tagetik (this is a “nice to have”, but any experience on a reporting system would be valuable)
