As an Assistant Financial Controller, you will work closely with the Hotel FC to oversee financial operations and ensure efficient management of the hotel’s finances. Your responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements such as profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You will also ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, and liaise with departmental heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Ideal candidates will have a recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or Assistant FC in a larger hotel or similar setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to interpret financial data, and excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
