Overview
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant Financial Controller to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in financial reporting, operational efficiency, and business partnering during a time of transformation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate monthly accounts and conduct variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Lead and develop a team of six finance professionals
- Drive process improvements and financial controls
- Collaborate with departments to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
About You
- Professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience of MS Dynamics 365 would be a benefit
- Experience in a similar finance role; manufacturing experience a plus
- Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage deadlines and support change in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel occasionally and work in a global setting
