Job Description

• Reviewing accounts of the businesses multi-sites
• Assisting site accountants and sales teams in forecasting/budgeting
• Work closely with head office accounting and reporting teams
• Implement effective financial strategies to enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to the company's executives.
• Identify and rectify financial discrepancies.
• Coordinate and prepare annual budgets.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate:

• Qualifications - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Proficiency in financial software and applications.
• Able to articulate finance confidently to non-finance people
• Comfortable with leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards in the retail industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
