Job summary

Kendrick Rose is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager in Jersey to support day-to-day finance operations and deliver accurate management information. You will work alongside the Head of Finance and gain exposure to internal, group and external reporting, board reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role offers a broad workload across financial reporting, analysis, and strategic finance projects with clear opportunities for progression as you accelerate your career in finance.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Experience within finance, accounting or audit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP and FRS 102.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review reconciliations and key month-end processes.
• Assist with production of management accounts and financial analysis.
• Support quarterly board reporting and management information packs.
• Review payments and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Produce meaningful reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Support finance projects, system enhancements and process improvements.
• Collaborate with teams across the business to provide financial insight.

What We're Looking For
