Perfect Placement UK Ltd is seeking an Assistant Fast Fit Manager for a busy automotive service centre in Workington. You will support daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and uphold high customer service standards.

The role provides progression to a supervisory level within a respected business. The position offers a salary up to £37,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme with an OTE of £40,000, 25 days leave plus bank holidays, a pension, staff discounts, and ongoing training.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Centre Manager in the smooth operation of the centre.
• Support management of workloads, staffing, and operational targets.
• Monitor and control stock levels effectively.
• Ensure health and safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve high standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
• Maintain full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to achieving the centre's overall objectives and KPIs.
