The role will play a key part in ensuring that buildings, services and working environments are maintained to the highest standards.

As Assistant Facilities Manager, you will support the management of both hard and soft facilities services, ensuring a safe, compliant and welcoming environment for staff, students, visitors and contractors. You will assist with the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance activities, monitor contractor performance, carry out routine building inspections and help maintain statutory compliance across the estate.
