Eastwood Park Country House is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily operations and drive outstanding guest service. You will cover Duty Manager shifts and perform Master of Ceremonies at weddings, requiring poise and strong communication.

You should have hotel/F&B experience, proven people management skills, and a willingness to own service delivery with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/F&B with a similar role.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Confidence to take ownership of service quality.
