Responsibilities

• Work alongside the pre-construction team, commuting to the office in Farringdon five days a week.

This role provides the right candidate the opportunity to learn and gain hands on experience in the dynamic world of office design and build. As an Assistant Estimator you will work alongside the existing pre-construction team, tendering on projects and successfully win projects for the business. The role is based 5 days a week at my clients’ state of the art London offices with the requirements to travel to site as and when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of Estimating or Assistant Estimating experience in the construction industry. Ideally in the fit-out and refurbishment industry.
• Ability to commute to Farringdon, five days a week.
• Good organisation skills.
• Be able to work collaboratively with other members of the pre-construction team.
