Job summary

Cartrefi Cymru Cooperative is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Operations to lead our older people’s services across Wales. You will oversee existing services in North and South Wales and drive expansion while ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and regulatory compliance.

You’ll play a key role in tender support and setting up new services, aligning with the cooperative’s mission and values. This is a values-led leadership role with strategic and operational impact.

Qualifications

• Experience at a senior level within older people’s social care or equivalent.
• Ability to turn strategy into action and lead operational teams.
• Strong safeguarding and inclusion leadership.
• Willingness to travel across Wales for sites and meetings.
