We’re looking for a strategic, experienced Assistant Director of Operations to lead our teams in South-West Wales.
Covering our services across Swansea, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, you will lead high-quality, person-centred services and act as the Responsible Individual, ensuring full compliance with the appropriate regulations.

Role: Assistant Director of Operations – South-West Wales
Location: Hybrid, based in one of our offices in Swansea, Carmarthen or Haverfordwest with frequent travel across the region as well as our other offices across Wales when required.
Hours: 37 hours a week
Salary: Up to £72,411 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Permanent
What you’ll do
You will turn strategy into action, lead operational teams and create a culture where people have genuine voice, choice and control. Your leadership will champion safeguarding, positive risk-taking, inclusion, well-being and excellent outcomes.
Working with senior leaders, managers and external partners, you will strengthen regional performance, build trusted relationships and ensure effective workforce, quality, health and safety, and financial management.
