Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to provide strategic leadership across all dining outlets. You will guide outlet managers, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold Forbes luxury standards within a world-class hospitality operation.
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will shape the direction of London's premier luxury F&B, mentor leaders, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing budgets and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Food & Beverage in leading all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel.
- Provide leadership and direction to Restaurant Managers, Bar Managers, Banqueting leaders, In Room Dining leaders, and outlet management teams.
- Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards across all dining and beverage experiences.
- Lead, coach, and develop Food & Beverage leaders and their teams.
- Monitor outlet performance and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, labour management, and cost control initiatives.
- Drive beverage and food revenue through commercial strategies, guest engagement, and upselling initiatives.
- Work closely with Culinary, Rooms, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accountability for Forbes, LQA, and Four Seasons brand standards.
- Support recruitment, succession planning, talent development, and performance management processes.
- Participate in Duty Manager coverage and property leadership responsibilities as required.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, operational enhancement, and service excellence.

Our Food and Beverage operation plays a central role in the guest experience, spanning award winning restaurants, bars, private dining, events, in room dining, and luxury guest experiences.
Reporting to Director of Food & Beverage, the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage will provide strategic and operational leadership across all Food and Beverage outlets throughout the hotel. You will oversee the performance, service standards, guest experience, profitability, and development of multiple outlet leadership teams while ensuring every aspect of the operation reflects the luxury, quality, and attention to detail for which Four Seasons is renowned. As a key member of the Food and Beverage leadership team, you will help shape the direction of one of London's most exciting luxury hospitality operations, supporting outlet managers, driving commercial performance, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Support the Director of Food & Beverage in leading all Food and Beverage operations across the hotel
