Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is hiring a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress to join Coopers Cut. You will support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service across lunch and dinner.

You will assist with setting up, serving guests, and maintaining a pristine dining area while building knowledge of the menu and wines. We offer £12.73 per hour plus service charge, flexible shifts, and excellent training within a global luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and attentiveness to guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant before service.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and service stations.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and attention.
• Work closely with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service.
• Develop knowledge of menus, wines, and beverages.
• Support Four Seasons service standards at all times.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress to join the Coopers Cut team.

The role

As a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the guest experience.

What You Will Do

• Assist with setting up and preparing the restaurant before service
• Support the team by delivering food, beverages, and guest requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and restaurant areas
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and attention to detail
• Work closely with both kitchen and front of house teams to ensure smooth service
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, wines, and beverages
• Support the delivery of Four Seasons service standards at all times
• Contribute positively to a professional and collaborative team culture

What We Are Looking For

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Previous experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and professional approach
• Ability to perform in a fast paced service environment
• Good spoken English
• Right to Work in the UK
