Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress to join the Rotunda Bar and Lounge team. You will support the service team, prepare the restaurant, and deliver food and beverages while maintaining a polished guest experience.

The role offers flexible casual shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, with training and development opportunities in a luxury setting. Right to Work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service is preferred.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
• A positive attitude and team focused approach.

Responsibilities

The role

As a Casual Commis Waiter or Waitress, you will support the service team in delivering a warm, polished, and professional guest experience.

You will assist with the preparation of the restaurant, serve food and beverages, maintain service areas, and ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit.
