Job summary

EY-Parthenon in London and regional offices seeks a senior advisor to support Local and Regional Government infrastructure projects. You will provide strategic financial and commercial advice, lead complex programmes, and help shape policy and investment decisions with clients across government and public sectors.

You’ll work within a growing team, mentoring juniors and developing client relationships while delivering value through rigorous financial analysis and robust business cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in local and regional government sector.
• Strong financial, economic and commercial advisory skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with financial modelling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert financial, commercial and strategic advice to clients on transactions and policy projects.
• Deliver and manage complex projects and programmes of work.
• Build and use financial models, data structures and sensitivity analyses.
• Create business cases with strategic, economic, financial and commercial evaluation.
• Lead origination and sales efforts and develop client relationships.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to sector thought leadership.
