Job summary

EY-Parthenon in London seeks a Decision Modelling Senior Executive to design and deliver financial models and decision-support tools for major corporates and public sector bodies. You will work with clients across transactions, bids, financing and planning, exercising judgement amid uncertainty.

You will lead day-to-day delivery, coach juniors, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• What we look for: strong financial modelling experience, Excel proficiency, disciplined testing and quality review.
• Judgement to compare modelling options and select client-suitable approaches.
• Curiosity about how organisations work with strong commercial judgement.
• Experience taking responsibility for delivery and managing client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and document financial models and decision-support tools.
• Collaborate with clients to define decisions and understand outputs.
• Plan and manage work, translating scope into practical approaches and budgets.
• Present findings and maintain alignment on requirements and progress.
• Lead client meetings and coach junior colleagues while ensuring quality review.
