BeyondFS is a rapidly growing UK-based financial crime prevention consultancy, having grown fivefold in the past three years. We provide ‘expert-led’ advisory and change services, helping 1st and 2nd line financial crime teams to tackle their biggest challenges, from compliance and risk management, to transforming their financial crime functions to better meet the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Our consultants are passionate about delivering complex financial crime transformation programmes to help our clients manage their risk more effectively, drive efficiency and reduce costs, and better serve their customers. They combine deep transformation expertise with subject matter knowledge in the financial crime domain, enabling us to help our clients succeed in their most important initiatives.

The Opportunity

Are you ready to join an ambitious consultancy where you will experience both autonomy to develop client relationships, own sales opportunities, and deliver high-quality work? Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are curious to learn and be part of the growth and success of a scaling consultancy? If so, we want to hear from you!

As a leader of our business, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects and help shape and build our company as we grow. We are not for the faint-hearted, and you will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer and people-first environment. In return, you can expect to join a supportive, collaborative team who genuinely care about each other and like to have fun along the way. You will be working alongside some of the best consultants in the industry, where everyone takes pride in celebrating both individual and most importantly collective success.

  • Lead and manage internal projects.

Like every member of our team, enhancing our company culture will be a core part of your role – we want all of our consultants to be a role model to others in the business regardless of grade. However it is hugely rewarding and offers a massive opportunity for growth to those who join us.
