Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking an Assistant Designer to join the boohooMAN team in our central Manchester office. You will assist the design team across all product areas, staying attuned to fashion trends and the boohooMAN customer base, helping to develop compelling concepts.

You will produce extensive research, collate trend packs, manage admin tasks, and support with tech packs and presentations while learning BoohooMAN aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Confident CAD skills for garment design and tech packs.
• Strong team player with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the design team across product areas.
• Be the eyes and ears of the brand and monitor fashion trends.
• Produce research using social media and streetstyle for developments.
• Pull daily newness, new-in, and forecasting reports.
• Collaborate on tech packs suitable for factory development.
• Support QA processes and assist with presentations and meetings.
