Job summary

Buildforce Solutions Ltd. in Nottingham is seeking an Assistant Design Manager to support the Design Manager through pre-construction and delivery, coordinating design information and programmes.

You will work with consultants, subcontractors and project teams, review drawings and manage design changes, RFIs and technical queries. The role targets someone early in their Design Management career, open to architects or engineers, keen to learn and develop within a Tier 1 contractor.

Assistant Design Manager - Nottingham

£32,000 - £43,000 + package | Permanent

We're working with a Tier 1 main contractor who are looking to bring an ambitious Assistant Design Manager into their Nottingham office.

The business delivers a range of projects across the region, including commercial, Department for Education and care projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their Design Management career and wants to work within a strong team, gain exposure to different projects and develop into a fully-fledged Design Manager.

They're also happy to consider candidates coming from an architectural or engineering background who are looking to make the move into main contracting and Design Management.
